The role As Senior Project Manager you lead complex engineering projects from initiation through completion, on scope, on budget, on schedule and to quality requirements. This is a full-time hybrid role based in North Brabant, Netherlands, with some work-from-home flexibility. What you'll do Coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams and manage stakeholders Oversee EPCm activities and plan project phases Monitor progress and manage risks and issues Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Supervise procurement and expediting, working with logistics and inspection teams Report on project performance and drive continuous improvement in project execution Act as key client contact, with clear communication and strong, professional relationships What you bring Project leadership experience on multi-disciplinary engineering or EPCm projects Experience in expediting: tracking vendor deliverables and ensuring timely supply of materials and equipment Knowledge of inspection processes, coordinating quality checks and technical compliance for engineered systems and components Logistics management skills: transport, scheduling and material flows Proven experience in Food & Beverage, Chemical, Fine Chemicals or related process industries Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on safety, quality and timely delivery Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with international teams, with clear communication in English Pluses PMP or equivalent project management certification Dutch and other languages

Core Responsibilities

Lead complex engineering projects from initiation to completion, managing scope, budget, schedule, quality, risks, and compliance. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, oversee EPCm, procurement, expediting, logistics, and inspections, and serve as the primary client contact.

Requirements

Requires project leadership experience on multidisciplinary engineering or EPCm projects, including expediting, inspection coordination, and logistics management. A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related technical field and experience in food and beverage, chemical, fine chemicals, or related process industries are required; strong communication, analytical, safety, and stakeholder-management skills are also expected.
