Non-Key Expert – Space Knowledge & Communications Expert NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Support to the Africa-EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost.” The programme aims to strengthen cooperation between Africa and the European Union in the space sector, supporting policy dialogue, institutional partnerships, knowledge exchange, innovation, private sector engagement and investment, while contributing to stronger and more sustainable African space ecosystems.. In this context, we are seeking a qualified Non-Key Expert – Space Knowledge & Communications Expert to support knowledge management, editorial production, communication and visibility, digital knowledge platforms, and the dissemination of policy and technical content related to the Africa-EU space partnership. Minimum Qualifications and Skills University degree of at least three years in communication, journalism, knowledge management, information science, or a related field. Excellent command of English. Working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset. Minimum General Professional Experience Minimum 3 years of professional experience in communication, editorial production, knowledge management or digital content. Minimum Specific Professional Experience At least 1 year of professional experience producing knowledge and/or communication products for donor-funded or institutional programmes, including policy and technical content, case studies, digital knowledge platforms and/or EU-compliant visibility material. Requirements
Requires a university degree of at least three years in communication, journalism, knowledge management, information science, or a related field, and excellent English. Requires at least three years of relevant general experience and at least one year producing knowledge or communication products for donor-funded or institutional programmes; French or Portuguese and space or science, technology and innovation experience are assets.
