About The Job Business Controller - Finance Manager Shape the future of sustainable mobility At Siemens eMobility Charging, we are driving the transition towards sustainable transportation through innovative charging solutions. To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for a proactive and analytically strong Business Controller / Finance Manager who will play a key role in supporting our international organization and driving financial performance across the business. Your Impact As Business Controller / Finance Manager, you will act as a trusted finance partner to the business and contribute directly to strategic and operational decision-making. In This Role, You Will Lead business controlling activities across the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting, transparency, and financial governance. Act as a Finance Business Partner for management and business stakeholders, providing financial insights, business cases, scenario analyses, and strategic recommendations. Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance management processes to support business growth and profitability. Analyze financial and operational performance, identify opportunities and risks, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Further enhance and digitalize reporting tools, dashboards, and financial processes to improve efficiency, data quality, and decision-making. Support investment decisions, cost optimization initiatives, and business improvement programs through robust financial analysis. Ensure compliance with internal and external financial standards, policies, and procedures while continuously driving process improvements and operational excellence. Collaborate closely with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. What You Bring Master's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field, preferably with a specialization in Finance and Controlling. Several years of experience in accountancy, controlling, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), management consulting, or a comparable finance role. Strong experience in business partnering and supporting senior stakeholders with financial decision-making. Solid understanding of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management. Advanced SAP, Excel and PowerPoint skills, combined with experience working with financial reporting systems and Business Intelligence applications. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights. Experience in an international and dynamic business environment is a must. Core Responsibilities
Lead business controlling and financial planning activities, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Partner with stakeholders to inform strategic decisions, support investments and cost optimization, and improve financial processes and reporting tools.
Requirements
A master's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field is preferred, along with several years of experience in controlling, FP&A, accountancy, consulting, or a comparable finance role. Candidates should have strong business partnering and analytical skills, advanced SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint capabilities, experience in an international environment, and fluency in English.
