At Jan Zandbergen Group, we are looking for a Planner to join our team. About The Role At Jan Zandbergen Group, we’re on the lookout for a proactive and communicative Planner to strengthen our team. In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our drivers, production, and logistics teams, making sure everything runs smoothly and on time. What will you be doing? Stay in daily contact with our truck drivers, keeping a close eye on delivery progress. Spot delays early and immediately inform production and logistics so plans can be adjusted without a hitch. Accurately record and share key information across departments to keep everyone aligned. Work hand-in-hand with the logistics team to guarantee goods are delivered efficiently and on schedule. Enter orders quickly and precisely into our system, ensuring seamless processing. Occasionally, you will support the sales department by booking in orders and sending emails. About You We are looking for someone who can keep the wheels turning, a strong communicator with an eye for detail, who thrives under pressure and loves keeping things organized. What Are We Looking For Experience in a planning role, ideally within a logistics environment. A bachelor’s level of working and thinking skills. Excellent communication skills in English – essential for smooth coordination with our drivers and colleagues. A sharp eye for detail and a structured, organized way of working. The ability to stay calm under pressure and quickly shift priorities when the situation calls for it. What Do We Have To Offer A gross base salary ranging from €3,000 to €3,500 per month, depending on your experience, skills, age, and education. 24 vacation days per year and 8% vacation pay. Core Responsibilities
Coordinate daily with truck drivers and monitor delivery progress, identifying delays and promptly informing production and logistics teams. Record and share operational information, coordinate timely goods deliveries, enter orders accurately, and occasionally support sales with order bookings and emails.
Requirements
Experience in a planning role, ideally in logistics, and bachelor’s-level working and thinking skills are sought. Candidates should communicate excellently in English, work in a structured and organized way, pay close attention to detail, and remain calm while adapting priorities under pressure.
