Job Description

Dubbed by Forbes as the “leadership approach to disrupt thinking, then business”, THNK School of Leadership is the antithesis of conventional professional training programs. We are a purpose-driven social enterprise - a B Corp, we design and deliver transformational leadership programs to organizations and individuals, and we enable leaders to become future-proof and navigate better in complex and ambiguous contexts. At THNK, we are led by our four core values: Lead with heart — Play at the edge — Fueled by our differences — Design for magic These four values are ingrained in the way we design and deliver our leadership programs, in the way we work together internally, and in the way we communicate with the outside world. Do you love being the person who makes things work for everyone else? We’re looking for someone people naturally rely on: practical, hands-on, and organized, who keeps schedules, materials, and all the little details on track, even when plans change. If you naturally think “I’ll take care of it,” this might be your kind of role. Experience in hospitality, events, hotels, and restaurants matters more than formal qualifications. Responsibilities: Help bring THNK’s leadership programs to life by working alongside Program Managers, Program Directors, Partners, and faculty to make sure everything runs smoothly Own program scheduling, timelines, and calendars, making sure everyone knows where they need to be and when Organize venues, catering, materials, and setup for our in-person program Get everything packed and ready for our off-site and international programs. Work with our Office Manager to create magical program days, from welcoming guests and setting up spaces to adding thoughtful touches that make people feel truly cared for. Run the tech side of our online programs on Zoom, Teams, and THNK World, from setting up rooms and breakouts to helping faculty during sessions. Your profile: You have a hospitality mindset: you enjoy creating thoughtful participant experiences, not just plain logistics. Proactive and adaptable, with a natural ability to anticipate needs and take initiative independently You juggle requests from several programs at once and know what needs doing first You are a good planner with solid attention to detail and organizational skills You're curious about using AI to take repetitive tasks off your plate You have strong communication skills in English and Dutch, and excellent telephone etiquette You’re flexible with your hours when programs need it Living within a close distance to Amsterdam Willing to travel locally for programs Available 32 hours per week What we offer: A market-level salary An Apple laptop and phone to do your best work 25 paid holidays for full-time employment, plus your birthday off if it falls on a workday The office is closed between Christmas and New Year, and those days are fully paid A home office setup budget An annual learning and development budget Regular catered lunches, snacks, and drinks at the office A OneFit subscription via THNK, with a discount A collective pension scheme, with 70% covered by THNK and 30% by you Work from our beautiful office in ARTIS. Fancy a walk in the Zoo, to see the wild animals? You can do that during opening hours. Kindly note that applicants must have the right to work in the EU before applying for the position. We are proud of the diversity at THNK and continually seek diverse perspectives to enrich our team. We are committed to being an equal-opportunity employer and encourage everyone to apply. If this sounds like you, please apply with your resume and cover letter before October 10th, 2026.
