Job Title: Dutch & English Speaking Pipeline Repair / Leak-Sealing Technician Location: Refineries and offshore platforms (Netherlands, UK, and worldwide) International travel: Yes EU passport required Ideally you need to be living in or near Rotterdam About the Role We are one of the world’s leading companies in composite and clamp-based pipeline repair for the offshore and onshore petrochemical industries. To support our expanding operations in the Netherlands and internationally, we are looking for motivated, hands-on Technicians with an engineering or trade background. You’ll receive full training in live leak sealing and composite repair, enabling you to grow from being part of a repair team to leading one. Key Responsibilities Travel to onshore and offshore sites (sometimes at short notice) to stop leaks or repair pipelines suffering wall loss (corrosion, erosion, etc.). Perform composite wrapping and clamp installation to industry standards. Support emergency response operations safely and efficiently. Liaise with client site engineers and provide project documentation/updates. Attend training on leak-stopping and composite repair techniques. Support sales personnel during technical pitches when required. Take care of stock management in the Netherlands Mobilise abroad to mainland Europe, UK and further afield (West Africa, Azerbaijan and the Middle East) Essential Requirements Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written) Flexible and able to mobilise quickly, including evenings/weekends Willing to work offshore and abroad Valid driving licence. Right to work in the EU Able to mobilise away from home on projects that may take you away from home for up to three weeks at a time. Desirable Skills & Experience Prior engineering/trade experience (construction, plumbing, mechanical, fitting) Offshore certification (BOSIET, MIST, HUET, etc.) CCNSG Safety Passport or equivalent Rope access (IRATA Level 1) Experience in craft repair, technical drawings, or clamp measuring/fitting Strong problem-solving ability, teamwork, and a “can-do” attitude Good IT/computer literacy (MS Word, email, reporting) Language: English and Dutch (Required)

Core Responsibilities

Travel to onshore and offshore sites to stop leaks and repair pipelines, including performing composite wrapping and installing clamps to industry standards. Support emergency operations, communicate with client engineers, maintain project documentation and stock, and assist with technical pitches.

Requirements

Applicants must speak Dutch and English fluently, have the right to work in the EU, hold a valid driving licence, and be willing to travel internationally and mobilize at short notice for projects lasting up to three weeks. Engineering or trade experience is desirable, as are offshore safety certifications, a CCNSG Safety Passport, IRATA Level 1, and experience with craft repair or technical drawings.
