Core Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in running daily store operations, leading and motivating the team, and achieving sales targets. Maintain store presentation and inventory, manage administrative tasks, and execute promotions and product changes in line with O’Neill standards.

Requirements

Applicants should have at least two years of experience in a similar leadership role, along with strong communication and people-management skills. The role also calls for commercial awareness, an interest in trends and board sports, and a hands-on, responsible approach.
