As Face & Tape continues to grow, we’re looking for a Creative Marketing & Social Media Intern who wants to become part of the brand and help us grow even further. About The Role This isn’t an internship where you’ll spend your days watching from the sidelines. You’ll work closely with the founder and get hands-on experience in building and growing a beauty brand. Your main focus will be content, social media and influencer marketing, while also getting involved in e-commerce, campaigns and upcoming launches. What You’ll Do Social Media & Content: Support the planning and creation of content for Instagram and TikTok, including Reels, Stories and posts, and contribute to our social content calendar. Creative Research: Research trends, hooks and content ideas and translate them into content that fits Face & Tape. Influencer & UGC Marketing: Support influencer and UGC marketing by researching creators, assisting with outreach, gifting, collaborations and follow-ups. Campaign & Launch Support: Assist in preparing and bringing campaigns, promotions and upcoming product launches to life. Email Marketing: Support our email marketing, website content and other day-to-day email and website activities. Community: Help engage with our community across social media through comments, DMs and ongoing conversations. Performance & Learnings: Support the review of content performance and help turn learnings into ideas for future content. Creative Brainstorming: Join brainstorms about campaigns, launches, content and the future of Face & Tape. Skills & Qualifications You’re studying Marketing, Communication, Creative Business, Commercial Economics or a related field. You have a strong eye for aesthetics, branding and content and you are interested in beauty, skincare and e-commerce. You can work independently and take ownership of your work. You have strong Dutch and English communication skills. You’re comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. Requirements Available for an internship of 32–40 hours per week. Comfortable working mostly remote and independently. Available to meet and work together in person approximately one day per week. The location of our in-person workdays can vary depending on what we’re working on. Flexible start date, depending on your study schedule and availability. Core Responsibilities

Plan and create social media content for Instagram and TikTok, research trends, and support influencer and user-generated content initiatives. Assist with campaigns, product launches, email and website activities, community engagement, and reviewing content performance.

Requirements

Applicants should be studying marketing, communication, creative business, commercial economics, or a related field, and have an interest in beauty, skincare, and e-commerce. They should have a strong aesthetic sense, communicate well in Dutch and English, work independently in a fast-moving environment, and be available for 32–40 hours per week with approximately one in-person workday weekly.
