As the Career College Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of ASML’s manufacturing workforce. You will be part of the natural MFA Career College team within the Manufacturing Academy Veldhoven, focusing on elevating craftsmanship and enabling career progression across vocational, bachelor and master levels. At the same time, you will act as a strategic partner to the business, identifying learning needs and translating them into high-impact L&KM solutions together with educational partners in the Brainport region to support ASML’s long-term goals. This role is ideal for a professional with strong program and stakeholder management skills, hands-on and can do/will do mentality, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for learning. You will operate in a dynamic, cross-sector environment, working closely with HR, other academies, and business leaders to ensure that learning initiatives are aligned, prioritized, and deliver measurable value. Role and responsibilities As the L&KM Business Partner / Career College Lead, you will play a dual role in shaping strategic learning initiatives and leading the Career College team within the Manufacturing Academy Veldhoven. Your key responsibilities include: Strategic Partnership & Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for the Career College within your business area. Translate strategic business needs linked to workforce career development into impactful L&KM solutions and ensure alignment with the L&KM roadmap. Plan & Align: Part of and working together with a team of professionals in project management and learning solution design. Organizes roadmaps, resource and budget planning. Guides the Manufacturing Career College’s direction as thought leader to support career growth and elevate manufacturing craftsmanship across ASML and the Brainport region. Cross-Sector Collaboration: Work closely with other academies (e.g., People Development, Execution Excellence), HR, and business units (TF, EF, MfS) to ensure integrated and value-driven learning support. Communicates effectively on multiple levels. Operational Excellence: Provide hands-on support in projects while guiding the team in working result driven. Drive clear reporting processes for program and project status. Ensure alignment with L&KM boards and HR People Plans for coherent decision-making and roadmap execution. Learning Impact & Culture: Promote a continuous learning mindset, define key performance indicators, and advise on learning impact. Lead pre-analyses of learning requests and manage stakeholder expectations. Process Development: Further develop and refine L&KM development processes within the Manufacturing Academy, ensuring they are scalable and aligned with strategic goals. Education and experience Bachelor or Master’s degree in Educational Sciences, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related business or technical field. 4-9 years of experience in HR(D), Learning & Development, and Project Management, preferably within a large-scale high-tech environment. Proven track record of creating business value through learning initiatives. Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across complex stakeholder environments. Experience and network within ASML Manufacturing Veldhoven is strongly preferred. Skills Strong relationship builder with the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments. Excellent communicator with matured advisory and influencing skills. Able to operate effectively across operational, tactical, and strategic levels. Other information The L&KM Business Partner / Career College Lead reports to the Manager Business Partnering within the Manufacturing Academy Veldhoven. The L&KM Business Partner is the ‘first among equals’ of a so-called Manufacturing Academy ‘natural team’ in representing a specific part of the business and in this case a cross factory Career College responsibility. Other roles in this natural team, roles that you work closely with, are external educational parties, HR Business Partners, senior stakeholders, and participate in the Beethoven project. Requirements

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Educational Sciences, Learning and Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related business or technical field is required, along with 4–9 years of experience in HR, Learning and Development, and project management. Candidates should have a record of creating business value through learning initiatives and be able to lead, advise, and influence stakeholders in complex environments; experience and a network within ASML Manufacturing Veldhoven are strongly preferred.
