Product Analyst Immediately available Amsterdam / Remote Are you a data expert who loves turning user behavior into product decisions? Join the Product Analytics team of a leading online company, where you help millions of buyers and sellers trust each other and find what they need faster. Analysts here work inside multidisciplinary product teams alongside product managers, UX designers, and developers. You'll formulate the right questions and answer them with data analysis, machine learning, modeling, and continuous experimentation. šŸŽÆ What you'll do āœ… Uncover user and customer insights through descriptive and diagnostic analysis āœ… Identify and interpret trends and patterns, and turn them into reports and dashboards that support business decisions and strategic planning āœ… Apply advanced analytics to improve predictive capability and user segmentation āœ… Lead A/B testing and other experiments, applying the scientific method and performing deep-dive analyses āœ… Define tagging plans and measure the impact of the site, campaigns, and user behavior together with Product, UX, and Marketing āœ… Strengthen the data-driven culture within the product teams šŸ› ļø Tech stack āœ… SQL and large datasets āœ… Python or R āœ… A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical and causal analysis āœ… Digital analytics and data visualization (dashboards) This is you āœ… 5+ years of experience in analytics or data science āœ… Experience working closely with multidisciplinary product teams in a digital environment (e-commerce or similar is a plus) āœ… Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets āœ… Knowledge of Python or R āœ… Hands-on experience with A/B testing and a solid understanding of statistical and causal analysis āœ… Preferably a degree in statistics, computer science, econometrics, economics, or a related quantitative field āœ… Curious about user behavior, with initiative and drive, and energized by the interplay of data, product, and tech āœ… Excellent written and verbal communication: you can explain complex findings clearly and concisely Interested?
