Job Description

Are you interested to play a key role in accelerating growth in services such as condition monitoring, service contracts, remanufacturing, and engineering solutions? Do you like working as part of a coordinated Europe North West (ENW) service sales team to increase results across the region? We are looking for a Service Solution Sales Manager to expand SKF’s service portfolio across Benelux as part of the Europe North West (ENW) region. This role is focused on new business development, identifying, qualifying, and converting high-value service opportunities into long-term customer partnerships across priority industries and accounts. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and secure new high-value service business opportunities Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities in C4C Engage customers to position value-based service solutions Map organisations to identify decision-makers and influencers Develop business cases demonstrating customer value Develop structured account and opportunity plans to replicate successful solutions Guide opportunities from discovery through to closure Ensure an effective transition into delivery and identify follow-on opportunities to maximise lifetime customer value Collaborate with sales, engineering, service delivery, and partners Maintain clear pipeline discipline, forecasting, and reporting Key Requirements Demonstrated experience in new business development (“hunting”) Solid consultative / solution selling capability Experience in complex industrial or service sales environments High level of proactivity, drive, and a structured approach Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken Ability to travel to visit customers on a regular basis You will enjoy working here if you… …are interested to play a key role in accelerating service growth across ENW and like working on high-value, strategic industrial opportunities and collaborating across a broad network of sales, engineering, and service experts What You’ll Love About SKF… A culture of diversity and inclusion! Core Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and convert high-value service opportunities into long-term customer partnerships across Benelux, managing the pipeline and developing customer-focused business cases and account plans. Coordinate with sales, engineering, service delivery, and partners to guide opportunities through closure, ensure effective delivery handoffs, and identify follow-on business.

Requirements

Candidates should have demonstrated experience in new business development and consultative or solution selling, ideally in complex industrial or service sales environments. The role requires a proactive, structured approach, strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, fluency in written and spoken English and Dutch, and regular customer travel.
