- managing demo requests from start to finish and making sure the right equipment reaches the customer on time;
- supporting the logistics process by carefully packing, labeling and shipping equipment;
- working with customers to confirm technical requirements and configurations, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure the right equipment is available and ready to use;
- performing technical checks and diagnostics, building, configuring and thoroughly testing laptops, desktops, servers and other IT equipment;

Together, you make sure demo equipment works perfectly, returned equipment is processed correctly and shipments leave on time. Practical, hands-on and always ready to get the job done, while having fun along the way.
