Job Description

We’re looking for an accomplished operations leader with a passion to develop talent to serve as Director, EMEA Global Process Delivery - a critical leadership role within the People Solutions organization. This is an opportunity to shape how shared HR services are delivered across a complex and diverse region, leading the teams and operating systems behind essential hire-to-retire and Total Rewards experiences. You’ll partner with leaders and stakeholders across People Solutions to turn enterprise and regional priorities into reliable, compliant, and employee-centered delivery, while building the capability, controls, and continuous improvement mindset needed to raise performance across EMEA.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

  • HR COEs & BHR: Translate global and regional priorities into executable operations, capacity choices, clear risk visibility, and dependable delivery.
  • People Solutions Services & Global Hub: Design effective handoffs, decision rights, service measures, controls, capability plans, and opportunities for additional hub ownership.
  • Payroll Leadership & Vendors: Ensure payroll readiness, preventive controls, accurate data, issue resolution, and coordinated implementation of vendor or process changes.
  • Global Process Owners: Standardize and continuously improve hire-to-retire processes, technology, compliance, controls, and employee experience.
  • EMEA HR Leadership: Create and sustain confidence through transparent performance, proactive issue management, clear escalation pathways, and closed-loop follow-through.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Demonstrated success leading complex regional HR operations, shared services, employee lifecycle delivery, Total Rewards operations, data, technology, or vendors.
  • Proven ability to build operating systems with clear ownership, standard work, controls, measures, problem-solving routines, and continuous improvement.
  • Understanding of core HR and case management systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Ability to create a culture where leaders and teams own work and solve problems at the source.
  • Strong operational judgment across employee experience, regulatory risk, payroll impact, service quality, speed, and capacity trade-offs.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders through transparent communication, dependable execution, and closed-loop follow-through.
  • Experience building effective teams through hiring, retention, and performance management.
  • Lead across a global matrix and design effective regional and global-hub partnerships with clear handoffs and accountability.
  • Expertise using operational data, root-cause analysis, audits, controls, and process improvement to produce sustained gains.
  • Excellent executive communication, relationship management, and change leadership.
  • Knowledge of relevant EMEA requirements related to HR operations, employee data, right to work, Total Rewards, payroll readiness, and compliance.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will set the direction for EMEA HR operations and turn enterprise priorities into dependable execution. You will strengthen regional and global delivery, protect payroll and compliance outcomes, improve the employee experience, and build accountable teams that continuously raise service quality, resilience, and capacity.

Strategic:

  • Define and execute a regional operational roadmap aligned to enterprise priorities, regulatory requirements, employee experience, and measurable service outcomes.
  • Build an operating model with clear ownership, decision rights, service measures, escalation paths, documented handoffs, and backup coverage.
  • Strengthen shared delivery between EMEA and the global hub by clarifying accountabilities, transferring appropriate work, and ensuring consistent quality and controls.
  • Partner across People Solutions, HR COE, Global Process Owners, and other teams to translate priorities into executable plans and capacity trade-offs.

Operational:

  • Oversee end-to-end workforce operations, including employee data, contracts, right-to-work administration, employee movement, benefits, leave, and lifecycle transactions.
  • Ensure payroll readiness through accurate and timely data, preventive controls, audits, issue resolution, and strong payroll and vendor partnership.
  • Oversee regional Total Rewards operations and vendors, including invoice management, service performance, compliance, and employee-impacting casework.
  • Establish transparent operating rhythms for service health, breached cases, backlogs, risk, commitments, decisions, and recovery actions.
  • Use root-cause analysis, standard work, automation, system enhancements, and focused improvement sprints to improve quality, prevent issues, and create capacity.

Leadership:

  • Develop an accountable leadership team that prioritizes, delegates, coaches, makes trade-offs, and resolves issues without defaulting to escalation.
  • Build generalist capability and mobility across service tiers while preserving specialist depth for complex, regulated, or high-risk work.
  • Create an inclusive, growth-oriented culture in which team's own outcomes, teach one another, and reduce dependency on individual experts.
  • Lead through organizational change, vacancies, leave, hiring, and shifting capacity while protecting cohesion and sustainable performance.

 Application deadline: August 8, 2026.

Core Responsibilities

The Director will lead EMEA HR operations, defining the regional operational roadmap and ensuring dependable execution of hire-to-retire and Total Rewards processes. They will partner with global stakeholders to standardize services, manage payroll compliance, and build an accountable, high-performing team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading complex regional HR operations and building effective operating systems within a global matrix. They must possess strong operational judgment, expertise in HR technology like Workday and ServiceNow, and a proven ability to manage regulatory risk and stakeholder relationships.
