Order Manager – Dissertations

Are you organized and customer-focused? Ipskamp Printing is looking for an enthusiastic Order Manager – Dissertations to join our team in Enschede.

As an Order Manager, you are the central point of contact for PhD candidates throughout the dissertation printing process. From the initial quotation to the final delivery, you make sure every order is handled accurately, efficiently, and with personal attention.

What will you do?

• Manage dissertation orders from start to finish
• Communicate with PhD candidates, universities, and other clients
• Check if orders are complete and monitor deadlines
• Check files, specifications, and order details
• Keep customers informed about the progress of their order
• Solve questions or issues quickly and professionally
• Ensure every dissertation meets our quality standards and delivery requirements
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• A customer-oriented and proactive attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Dutch is an advantage, but not essential
• Experience in customer service or order management is a strong plus
