Ben jij sterk in organiseren en krijg je energie van een personeelsadministratie die helemaal klopt? 📋 Als HR Medewerker bij BosDaalen in Maasdijk zorg jij samen met drie collega’s dat alles rondom personeelszaken goed geregeld is.
Van contractverlengingen en salarisverhogingen tot verlofmutaties en urenwijzigingen. Daarnaast beantwoord je vragen van collega’s, houd je de urenadministratie bij en bewaak je aflopende rijbewijzen en Code 95 nascholing. Geen dag is hetzelfde, want in transport moet er soms snel geschakeld worden. 🚛
Als HR Medewerker krijg je flexibele werktijden voor 24 tot 32 uur per week, volop ontwikkelmogelijkheden en salaris tussen €2.917,96 en €3.839,84. Ook krijg je 24 verlofdagen, 3,5 ATV dagen en 8% vakantietoeslag.

Core Responsibilities
You will manage personnel administration, including contract renewals, salary adjustments, and leave mutations. Additionally, you will support colleagues with questions and monitor compliance with transport-specific requirements like driver's licenses and Code 95 training.
Requirements
Candidates must have a secondary vocational education (MBO) and proficiency in both English and German. No prior HR experience is required for this position.
