What You Bring to the Table:
- 8+ years of professional experience in Data Management, Data Governance, Business Consulting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Data Management and Data Governance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in business consulting and requirements gathering.
- Expertise in data analysis, data quality, metadata management, and Master Data Management (MDM).
- Experience working with Data Warehousing and BI/Analytics platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to data.
- Bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions.
- Analyze complex data-related business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and requirements in a structured manner.
- Identify and address data quality and governance issues.
- Work collaboratively in cross-functional Agile teams.
- Understand business processes and their impact on data management and governance.
