Telespazio Belgium has an on‑site service at ESTEC in the Netherlands, and we are looking for a highly skilled Liferay Engineer to work there.
What is expected from you:
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing both technical coordination and engineering support for the PRoS Project and the SCO-12 (Science and Operations IT, Projects and Applications work area at ESAC) Portal Platform activities.
The role combines project coordination responsibilities with hands-on portal engineering and development activities, requiring strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and software engineering expertise.

Liferay Platform Engineering
- Liferay Digital Experience Platform (DXP 7.3 / 7.4+).

- Experience with:

- Bootstrap

- Application troubleshooting and performance analysis.
What you offer:
- Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Space Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience in technical project coordination, project management, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven experience in enterprise web application development and portal technologies.

Desirable Skills

Where:
You will be working within ESTEC, the European Space Agency’s offices in the Netherlands as a contractor for Telespazio Belgium. We don’t expect the employees to be on-site full time however you will still have to relocate to the Netherlands for this position.
