€60,000 - €80,000 per year
Key Skills
Job Description
This is a strategic role, not a pure account management one. You'll be the right hand to the Head of Enterprise. You'll deliver transformation, tooling, AI and account-strategy projects across the Account Management team, and manage a small team of account managers who look after our largest buyers.
- Act as the Head of Enterprise's right hand, turning priorities into projects and delivering them
- Lead transformation projects across Account Management, covering tooling, AI and automation, processes and ways of working
- Shape account strategy for our largest buyers, including segmentation, account plans and growth levers
- Manage and develop a small team of account managers who look after our largest buyers
- Stay close to key enterprise clients, stepping in on escalations and making sure orders, pricing and delivery run flawlessly
- Analyse performance data (fulfilment rates, claims, pricing trends, account growth) and share insights with clients and internal teams
- Work with Sales, Logistics and Product to solve client problems and improve workflows
- 5 to 8 years of customer-facing experience in account management, customer success, operations, consulting, strategy or project management, ideally in a high-growth B2B, tech or marketplace environment
- A track record of leading cross-functional projects from idea to delivery, such as tooling or CRM rollouts, process automation, AI adoption or account strategy
- Experience managing people, ideally account managers or client-facing teams
- Strong analytical thinking: you use data to find insights, set KPIs and improve performance
- Experience working across functions (commercial, logistics, finance, product) and with clients or external partners
- Hands-on and highly organised, able to drive work with minimal oversight
- An excellent communicator and relationship builder, comfortable working with senior enterprise stakeholders in a structured, professional way
- Fluent English is a must. Additional European languages are a plus
- Base salary: €60,000 – €80,00 (depending on experience) + commission plan designed to reward results
- 26 days of annual leave + 4 personal days
- Attractive equity package
- Pension contributions
- Annual learning & development budget
- Office-led culture with hybrid flexibility
- Dog-friendly offices
- Home-office setup package
- Office socials and annual company-wide offsite
