Job Description
You take pride in keeping things clean and tidy. By cleaning our public areas, you will create a pleasant atmosphere in your Motel One, including:
- Upholding and implementing our Motel One cleaning standards
- Performing various tasks in communal areas and assisting Housekeeping staff, especially with linen
- Professionally and productively working with external cleaning contractors
- Gaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teams
Qualifications
Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers – you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:
- Ideally have professional experience in the hotel/catering and/or cleaning industry or be looking for a change of career
- Pay attention to detail, ensuring that everything is kept clean and tidy
- Have an excellent sense of quality and service
- Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together
Core Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in public areas according to company standards. Assist housekeeping staff with linen and collaborate with external cleaning contractors.
Requirements
Previous experience in the hotel, catering, or cleaning industry is preferred but not required. Candidates must be detail-oriented, service-focused, and effective team players.
