Description
Key Responsibilities
- support the distribution team in the day-to-day management and auditing of all distribution channels
- assist in the implementation and documentation of distribution updates and commercial or system changes.
- ensure accurate inventory, rates, and availability across all connected channels
- loading rates across various distribution systems
- help prepare commercial reports and data for inclusion in management presentations
- carry out ad hoc administrative and analytical tasks for the distribution team
Qualifications / skills
- available for five or more months
- a student currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Tourism, or related program
- analytical thinking
- fluent in English, spoken and written. Additional language skills are well accepted
- a self-starter who shows initiative

- Hybrid model: 3 days in the Leiden office, 2 days working from home.

Core Responsibilities
The intern will support the distribution team by auditing channels, managing inventory and rates, and assisting with commercial reporting. They will also help document system changes and perform various administrative and analytical tasks to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Tourism, or related program and available for at least five months. Strong analytical skills and fluency in English are required, along with the legal right to work in the Netherlands.
