- Het technische ontwerp, de ontwikkeling en implementatie van IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)-oplossingen leiden.
- IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) ontwikkelen, aanpassen en uitbreiden om te voldoen aan bedrijfs- en operationele behoeften.
- Samenwerken met functionele consultants om bedrijfsvereisten te vertalen naar technische specificaties en oplossingsontwerpen.
- Maximo-implementaties, upgrades, verbeteringen en productie-uitrol ondersteunen.
- Oplossingen ontwikkelen met Java, XML, SQL en Maximo-technische componenten.
- Technische documentatie opstellen en onderhouden, waaronder ontwerpdocumenten en implementatiehandleidingen.
- Technische problemen analyseren en oplossen, root cause analyses uitvoeren en doorlopende applicatieondersteuning bieden.
- Datamigratie ondersteunen en deelnemen aan systeemtesten, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) en go-live ondersteuning.
- Rapporten ontwerpen met BIRT en complexe SQL-query's ontwikkelen ter ondersteuning van rapportage- en analysebehoeften.
- Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring met de ontwikkeling en implementatie van IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS).
- Aantoonbare praktijkervaring met IBM Maximo EAM, Java, XML en SQL.
- Ervaring met Maximo-implementaties, upgrades, maatwerkontwikkeling en technische ondersteuning.
- Expertise in het oplossen van technische Maximo-problemen en ondersteuning van datamigraties.
- Ervaring met het ontwerpen van rapporten in BIRT en het schrijven van complexe SQL-query's.
- Ervaring met Maximo Anywhere of Maximo Mobile is een pré.
- Ervaring met cloudomgevingen zoals IBM MAS, AWS of Azure is een plus.
- Een IBM Certified Deployment Professional-certificering voor Maximo Application Suite as a Service is een voordeel.
- Ervaring binnen de nuts- of energiesector is een pré.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden, probleemoplossend vermogen en goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal.
- IBM Maximo-oplossingen te ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en configureren op basis van bedrijfsvereisten.
- Functionele vereisten te vertalen naar schaalbare en onderhoudbare technische oplossingen.
- Complexe applicatie- en databaseproblemen efficiënt te analyseren en op te lossen.
- SQL-query's, rapportages en technische integraties te ontwikkelen en te optimaliseren.
- De volledige Maximo-implementatiecyclus te ondersteunen, inclusief upgrades, testen, implementatie en nazorg.
- Effectief samen te werken met multidisciplinaire teams in een meertalige werkomgeving.
- Hoogwaardige technische documentatie op te stellen en ontwikkelstandaarden te volgen.
- Betrouwbare en schaalbare Enterprise Asset Management-oplossingen te leveren.
- De mogelijkheid om te werken aan grootschalige IBM Maximo Application Suite-implementaties en digitale assetmanagementprojecten.
- Werken met moderne cloudgebaseerde Maximo-omgevingen en enterprise-technologieën.

Core Responsibilities
Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of IBM Maximo EAM solutions while translating business requirements into technical specifications. Provide ongoing application support, perform root cause analysis, and manage data migration and system testing processes.
Requirements
Requires at least 4 years of experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite, including hands-on expertise in Java, XML, and SQL. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, with proficiency in both Dutch and English.
