Job Description

Location: Beuningen DSPA is looking for an organised, detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. About The Role You'll handle a wide range of tasks that keep our office running smoothly. These include administrative work, coordinating schedules, logistics, customer contact, placing purchase orders and processing sales orders. Your Responsibilities Handling day-to-day administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails and welcoming visitors Coordinating logistics, including shipping, receiving and stock management Placing purchase orders and processing sales orders accurately and on time Keeping accurate records of all orders and making sure goods are delivered on time Supporting the sales team by preparing proposals, following up on leads and managing customer accounts Developing and implementing office policies and procedures to keep the office running smoothly Being the point of contact for external partners, such as IT and cleaning services Other tasks as needed What We're Looking For A secondary school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher is a plus At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word Experience with Exact Online or other accounting software is a plus Are you a highly motivated person with a passion for great customer service? Core Responsibilities

Manage daily office administration, including calls, emails, visitor reception, scheduling, logistics, inventory, and accurate processing and tracking of purchase and sales orders. Support sales activities and customer accounts, maintain office procedures, and coordinate with external service providers.

Requirements

A secondary school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate degree or higher preferred, along with at least two years of administrative support experience. Candidates should have strong communication, customer service, attention to detail, multitasking, and Microsoft Office skills; experience with Exact Online or other accounting software is a plus.
