Role Overview: As a Google Sales Specialist, you will support newly acquired advertisers throughout their onboarding journey, acting as a trusted advisor and helping them build effective digital advertising strategies.You will work closely with clients to understand their business goals, recommend suitable advertising solutions, and guide them through campaign setup, launch, and optimization. Your goal will be to help clients achieve stronger results while identifying opportunities to expand their use of advertising solutions. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of newly onboarded advertisers and ensure a smooth account setup and activation process. Understand clients’ business objectives, target audiences, and challenges to recommend tailored advertising solutions. Create, launch, manage, and optimize PPC and digital advertising campaigns based on client goals. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through phone calls, virtual meetings, and email. Provide expert guidance and actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI. Identify opportunities for upselling, account growth, and additional advertising solutions. Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and use data-driven insights to improve results. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an efficient onboarding process and excellent client experience. Stay informed about digital advertising trends, platform updates, industry developments, and emerging technologies. Support long-term client success by providing strategic advice, valuable insights, and results-focused solutions. Requirements: Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (C1 level) Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing Skills: Strong leadership qualities, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities Industry Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for marketing, technology, and digital advertising Mindset: Curious, motivated, and eager to continue learning and developing professionally Why Join Us? Core Responsibilities

Manage newly onboarded advertisers through account setup and activation, and advise them on tailored digital advertising strategies. Create and optimize PPC campaigns, analyze performance data, build client relationships, and identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.

Requirements

Requires fluent Dutch at C2 level, English at C1 level, and at least one year of professional sales or marketing experience. Candidates should have strong communication and analytical abilities, leadership qualities, and an interest in marketing, technology, and digital advertising.
