Engage in continuous coaching and training to stay ahead of the game. What We’re Looking For 18+ months’ experience in a sports/fashion retail leadership experience, leading large, diverse teams. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to turn insight into action. Confident leadership with excellent communication and analytical skills. Advanced in English and comfortable using MS Office and digital retail tools. Resilient, solutions-driven, and passionate about delivering impossible-is-nothing results. Core Responsibilities

Lead the store’s commercial performance and brand standards, working on the sales floor to coach the team and deliver an excellent customer experience. Manage recruitment and development, use data to improve results, maintain legal and operational integrity, and collaborate with other stores and regions.

Requirements

Requires at least 18 months of leadership experience in sports or fashion retail, including leading large, diverse teams. Candidates should have strong commercial judgment, communication and analytical skills, advanced English, and confidence using MS Office and digital retail tools.
