Job Description

Desirable : Minimum 3 years of experience negotiating technical solutions with stakeholders across security, governance, operations, and project management functions ; Experience configuring application servers for authentication, encryption, file access, and database access ; Ability to troubleshoot complex multi-component infrastructure environments. Duties/role: Deploying, configuring, patching, and upgrading Citrix infrastructure and databases; Administering Citrix CVAD, PVS, and WEM environments in virtualized platforms; Managing Citrix-related operating systems and virtual machines; Enforcing security policies and managing user access controls; Identifying, auditing, and reviewing access to sensitive systems; Detecting, diagnosing, and resolving incidents and service disruptions; Managing incidents through ITSM tools such as ServiceNow; Planning, validating, and implementing changes and releases; Monitoring system health, performance, and availability; Gathering and analyzing monitoring metrics and system logs; Maintaining and optimizing Citrix infrastructure components; Defining and managing backup, recovery, and data retention strategies; Monitoring, tuning, and optimizing system and application performance; Implementing high-availability and disaster recovery solutions; Developing and maintaining DevOps deployment pipelines; Automating operational tasks using scripting and configuration management tools; Designing and documenting Citrix solution architectures and operational procedures; Coordinating activities with infrastructure, security, development, and service management teams; Communicating technical solutions and facilitating stakeholder discussions; Delivering technical training and knowledge transfer sessions; Handling incident and change tickets in accordance with SLAs. Core Responsibilities

Deploy, administer, secure, monitor, and optimize Citrix infrastructure and related virtualized systems, including CVAD, PVS, and WEM. Design and document solutions, automate operational work, manage incidents and changes, and coordinate technical delivery, training, backup, and disaster recovery with stakeholders.

Requirements

Requires expert-level education and experience: at least 9 years after a four-year university degree or 10 years after a three-year university degree, along with substantial Citrix engineering and server administration experience. Candidates need strong Citrix design, deployment, security, monitoring, documentation, and troubleshooting capabilities, plus English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
