Experience with secure information exchange technologies, including Data Diodes or comparable unidirectional gateway solutions, is required ; At least 10 years of experience providing Level 2 or Level 3 support, including incident and problem management within a formal IT service management process. Duties/role: Providing Level 3 technical support for NIRIS deployments at NATO and national sites, including installation, upgrade, configuration, and post-deployment verification ; Providing escalation support to Level 1 and Level 2 support functions and resolving escalated NIRIS incidents and problems ; Performing incident and problem management activities in the agreed IT service management environment, including analysis, diagnosis, resolution, and root cause identification. Provide Level 3 technical support for NIRIS deployments at NATO and national sites, including installation, upgrades, configuration, and post-deployment verification. Escalate and resolve incidents and problems, support lower-level teams, and perform analysis, diagnosis, resolution, and root cause identification within the agreed IT service management environment.
Requirements
Requires at least 15 years of professional experience supporting, deploying, or operating distributed software systems in operational environments, and at least 10 years working with enterprise server hardware and infrastructure, including Oracle and/or HPE platforms. Also requires at least 10 years of Level 2 or Level 3 support experience, incident and problem management experience, and familiarity with Data Diodes or comparable unidirectional gateway solutions.
