Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team. Requirements Dutch speaking and writing proficiency with 8–10 years of overall experience. Strong experience in Pega Case Management. Design and develop applications using Pega Platform (Infinity 24) with a strong focus on Constellation UI architecture. Build end-to-end Pega Case Management solutions aligned with business requirements. Develop and configure flows, data pages, activities, decision rules, and integrations. Develop Constellation-based UI components using reusable patterns and DX APIs. Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST/SOAP services. Ensure compliance with Pega Guardrails, architecture standards, and development best practices. Propose alternative technical solutions when encountering product limitations or challenges. Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables. Model and design Pega Case Management solutions integrated with microservices, front-end applications, and databases. Develop and integrate bespoke UIs with Pega Case Management solutions. Apply low-code engineering practices within Pega Case Management. Implement and enhance enterprise case management solutions on the Pega platform. Experience designing solution architectures involving microservices, API-first integrations, and synchronous/asynchronous integration patterns. Strong experience in API design, event-driven integration, and API contract management. Knowledge of security and compliance by design, including OAuth2, API security, logging, auditing, and privacy. Experience developing container-based services in Azure Cloud environments. Experience developing backend systems using languages defined by the solution architecture. Strong skills in developing robust APIs with effective error handling, logging, and monitoring. Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation, Case Management, and low-code development. Strong understanding of UI development and integration within Pega Case Management. Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Certifications Pega LSA certified. Certified Pega System Architect (CSA). Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA). Certified Pega Lead System Architect (LSA). Core Responsibilities

Design, build, and improve Pega Case Management solutions on Pega Platform Infinity 24, including Constellation-based interfaces, integrations, and end-to-end case workflows. Ensure solution resilience, security, compliance, and performance while collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams in an Agile environment.

Requirements

Requires 8–10 years of overall experience, strong Pega Case Management and Constellation expertise, and proficiency in written and spoken Dutch. Candidates should have experience with API-first and microservices architectures, Azure container-based services, backend development, and Pega certifications including LSA, CSA, and CSSA.
