We're hiring an in-house Google Ads killer. Full commitment, real upside. Eve Curls is a fast-growing DTC haircare brand for curly and wavy hair. We're scaling aggressively across UK, US, and EU, doing around $2M/mo and we've hit a ceiling on Google Ads that the right person could blow straight through. We believe there's an extra €1M/month sitting on the table for someone who knows how to find it. We're not looking for an agency. We're looking for one freelancer who wants to go all-in on a single brand, own the account end to end, and get paid like it matters. Core Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end Google Ads strategy and account, including Shopping, Performance Max, Search, Display, and Merchant Center feed management. Scale advertising profitably as the brand expands into new markets.

Requirements

Candidates should have a proven track record scaling Google Ads for e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands. They should be comfortable taking full ownership of one brand, moving quickly, making data-driven decisions, and working independently.
