We're growing our ecommerce team. You'll work with ambitious ecommerce brands around the world, with a growing base of Dutch and Benelux founders who want a CFO who speaks their language. That's where you come in. This role is fully remote, so you can live anywhere. What matters is that you speak Dutch, know ecommerce inside out, and want to help great brands scale profitably. The Role What you'll do: Use financial models to drive better decisions on growth, pricing, and marketing spend Cash flow planning, and unit economics across channels (Shopify, bol.com, Amazon, wholesale) Turn complex data into clear recommendations founders can act on Manage relationships with our bookkeeping and accounting partners Build long-term client relationships and own their outcomes What you won't do: Chase clients Bookkeeping or tax prep Admin and coordination What You Bring Fluent Dutch and professional English (location doesn't matter, as long as you can work a good share of European and US business hours) 3–5+ years in finance with hands-on ecommerce experience Leadership experience where you owned the outcome Deep understanding of inventory, unit economics, and cash conversion cycles Strong financial modelling skills and a critical eye for spotting errors, and the ownership to fix them before they reach a client Solid knowledge of bookkeeping tools such as Xero, QuickBooks. Core Responsibilities

Advise ecommerce founders using financial models, cash flow planning, and unit economics to guide decisions on growth, pricing, and marketing spend. Translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations, coordinate with bookkeeping and accounting partners, and own long-term client relationships and outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must be fluent in Dutch and professionally proficient in English, with 3–5 or more years of finance experience that includes hands-on ecommerce work and leadership ownership. They should understand inventory, unit economics, and cash conversion cycles; have strong financial modeling skills and familiarity with Xero or QuickBooks; and be curious about AI and new tools.
