Support internal communication initiatives and help maintain a consistent brand across the organisation. What will make you successful? You are a proactive and hands-on marketer who enjoys taking ownership and getting things done. You are comfortable managing several activities at the same time and can work independently while knowing when to involve others. You bring: 2–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a B2B, technology or technical environment. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience with digital marketing, content creation and multi-channel campaigns. Experience supporting product and/or service marketing. Good knowledge of SEO, SEA, social media, email marketing and marketing analytics. Experience working with CMS and CRM platforms. Experience coordinating events, exhibitions or product-related marketing activities. Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with an eye for visual communication. A data-driven and analytical mindset, with the ability to use performance insights to improve marketing activities. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach. Professional proficiency in English. Experience that would be a plus Experience in Space, Defence, Aerospace, High-Tech, Engineering, Deep Tech or another B2B technology environment. Experience marketing complex technical products or services. Experience working closely with Product, Engineering or R&D teams. Experience with marketing automation platforms, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager or similar tools. Basic graphic design experience and familiarity with tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud. Why join?
