Norden Shipyad is a well-established shipyard specializing in shipbuilding, repair, and modernization services for international clients. We are currently looking for a technically skilled and communicative Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. Job Description -Support the development and execution of the shipyard’s marketing and communication strategies -Participate in domestic and international trade fairs and client visits -Assist in preparing presentations, technical promotional materials, and proposal documents -Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to structure corporate presentations and projects -Conduct market and competitor analysis -Contribute to the preparation of technical drawings and visual materials for marketing purposes Requirements -University degree in Marketing Communication, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related field -Previous experience in shipbuilding, shipyard operations, or the maritime industry is preferred -Proficiency in technical software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, or similar drawing/visualization tools -Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken -Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills -Team-oriented, with strong interpersonal and representational abilities What We Offer -A respected and dynamic working environment in the maritime sector -Opportunities for professional and personal growth through international projects -Exposure to both domestic and international networks and business relations

Core Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies, participate in trade fairs and client visits, and prepare presentations, promotional materials, and proposals. Collaborate with sales and operations teams, conduct market and competitor analysis, and contribute technical drawings and visual materials for marketing.

Requirements

A university degree in marketing communications, naval architecture, marine engineering, or a related field is required; maritime industry experience is preferred. Candidates should be proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, or similar tools, communicate excellently in Dutch and English, and demonstrate analytical, reporting, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
