Job Description

Position purpose Managing accounts payables, executing administrative tasks and giving support to Accounting department within PFNL procedures and guidelines. Within the norms of BNP Paribas and national and international financial regulations. Responsibilities: 1: Accounts payables/purchase ledger Managing the accounts payable process to ensure accurate and timely payment of all invoices and expenses Checking and booking and filing of invoices and expense claims Checking approval of invoices and expense claims with delegation of authority Preparation of payments in the banking environment (Connexis) Managing setting up new suppliers 2: Accounts receivables Preparation of support and invoices Credit control of the accounts receivables 2: Reconciliations Managing the daily reconciliation, accounts payable and other reconciliations, where applicable 3: Month end closing Contribution to the month end closing process, specifically for accounts payables and including the determination and booking of prepayment, accruals, commissions, fixed assets and depreciation and any other booking upon assignment 4 : Permanent and internal control Assisting to maintain the relevant (mainly A/P) processes, sections of the cartography of risks and controls and control forms of the toolkit for Finance Assisting in performing control tasks as described in the control forms 5: Project work and other activities Support management in completing projects, ad-hoc reporting and analyses requests, and other tasks assigned related to Accounting Execution of ad hoc requests from Head of Accounting Job requirements: Accounting/ finance graduate At least 1 year experience in the banking/financial sector, preferably in an international environment Fluent in Dutch and English, both oral and in writing Strong IT skills (Excel) Competences: Result oriented Customer focus Analytic Accurate Pragmatic Pro-active Team player Interested? Core Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payment preparation, supplier setup, credit control, and reconciliations. Support month-end closing, internal controls, project work, ad hoc reporting, and other accounting tasks.

Requirements

A graduate in accounting or finance with at least one year of experience in the banking or financial sector, preferably in an international environment. Requires fluency in Dutch and English, strong Excel skills, and a result-oriented, accurate, analytical, pragmatic, proactive, customer-focused, and collaborative approach.
