We build reliable, well-engineered products that customers trust for performance and safety and we're looking for a hands-on Regional Purchasing Specialist to help us keep our regional supply chain running smoothly. What You'll Do Track local stock levels and manage inventory to avoid delays or overstock. Coordinate internally and with global teams to resolve shortages, urgent requirements, or rework. Analyse pricing trends and manage supply performance across our supplier base. Act as the main point of contact for suppliers, handling issues as they arise. Manage transport logistics such as obtaining freight quotes and monitoring costs, including demurrage/detention. Process and maintain export documentation, and generate and monitor Purchase Orders. Coordinate the phase-in/phase-out of supplier parts and review sales forecasts against historical figures. What You'll Bring Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar purchasing, supply chain, or logistics role. Qualifications or training in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement. Hands-on Microsoft Office skills, with strong Excel ability a must. Background in a manufacturing-based industry (automotive/trailer) is a bonus, not a requirement. Experience working with imports and exports is a plus, not a requirement. Strong organisational skills to ensure record keeping and documentation stay well maintained. A self-starter mindset: someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and doesn't need handholding. Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in a small team. Willing to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on when the job calls for it. Flexibility to occasionally connect outside standard hours with our overseas Head Office and global stakeholders. Core Responsibilities

Manage regional inventory, supplier performance, purchase orders, and transport logistics while coordinating with internal and global teams to resolve supply issues. Maintain export documentation, monitor costs and pricing, and coordinate supplier part transitions and forecast reviews.

Requirements

Applicants need at least three years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or logistics, along with training or qualifications in a related field and strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills. The role also requires strong organization, initiative, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, English proficiency, and authorization to work permanently in the Netherlands; manufacturing and import/export experience are advantageous.
