We are looking for a passionate Enterprise Architect at our location Arnhem who will contribute to this and that might be you? Your profile and background You have at least 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture or a comparable strategic architecture role within large, complex organisations. You have a strong consultancy, advisory or leadership background and can position architecture in a strategic business context. You have proven experience advising senior stakeholders, navigating competing interests and building alignment on difficult topics. You have experience developing technology strategies, target architectures and transformation roadmaps. You bring substantial knowledge of large-scale datacenter and hosting environments, ideally including transformation, modernisation, sourcing, migration, private cloud or infrastructure technologies. You communicate and present excellently in English, operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments, and influence others without relying on formal authority. Fluency in Dutch is an advantage. Your contribution to TenneT As Enterprise Architect (all genders), you translate TenneT’s strategy into coherent architecture direction, target architectures and roadmaps. In close collaboration with senior stakeholders and fellow architects, you guide strategic decisions and help TenneT develop its complex technology landscape in a pragmatic, sustainable and resilient way. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on enterprise architecture and strategic technology decisions. Develop and maintain target architectures and transformation roadmaps. A salary in Scale 18 ranging up to €11.156,- gross per month, including 8% holiday allowance, excluding a year-end bonus. A solid pension plan through ABP, with TenneT covering 70% of your pension contribution. 30 vacation days per year. Candidates should have experience advising senior stakeholders, developing technology strategies and transformation roadmaps, and substantial knowledge of large-scale data center and hosting environments; excellent English communication is required, while Dutch fluency is an advantage.
