Are you looking for a dynamic position as a Warehouse Associate in Almere area? Simply Green is looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team in Almere. This is a full-time, warehouse-based position (40 hours per week), working Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30. In this role, you will help ensure customer orders are received, stored, picked, packed and shipped accurately and on time. Tasks What you'll do Receive incoming deliveries and check goods against purchase orders Report shortages, damage or discrepancies Put stock away accurately and keep the warehouse organised Pick and pack customer orders Prepare outgoing shipments for carriers Support stock counts and inventory checks Update stock movements in NetSuite Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment Report stock, packaging or equipment issues Support general warehouse operations as needed Requirements What we're looking for: Essential Reliable, punctual and practical Comfortable with physically active work, including lifting up to 20 kg Careful and accurate Basic computer skills and comfortable learning scanners or warehouse systems Good working English Able to work well in a team Legal right to work in the Netherlands Nice to have Warehouse, logistics or distribution experience Experience with ERP or warehouse systems (NetSuite is a plus) Forklift certificate Dutch language skills Experience with shipping carriers such as DHL, DPD or PostNL Preferably resides in Almere Benefits What We Offer Fixed-term contract with the opportunity to progress to a permanent contract based on performance and business needs. Competitive base salary of €2,725 gross per month, plus 8% holiday allowance paid monthly Annual performance bonus of up to 10% of base salary 20 days annual leave plus Dutch public holidays Additional 1 day of annual leave per year of service, up to a maximum of 5 extra days Travel allowance of €0.23 per km Monday - Friday, 09:00-17:30 Warehouse-based role in Almere with easy access from Amsterdam Training and development opportunities, including forklift and health & safety certifications A supportive, close-knit team where your contribution is recognised and has a direct impact on the business Note: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the Netherlands. Core Responsibilities

Receive and inspect deliveries, organize and store stock, pick and pack customer orders, and prepare shipments for carriers. Maintain accurate inventory records in NetSuite, support stock checks, keep the warehouse clean and safe, and assist with general warehouse operations.

Requirements

Applicants should be reliable, punctual, practical, accurate, comfortable with physical work including lifting up to 20 kg, and able to use basic computer systems and work well in a team. Good working English and legal authorization to work in the Netherlands are required; warehouse experience, ERP or warehouse-system experience, a forklift certificate, Dutch language skills, and carrier experience are advantageous.
