Your day to day revolves around designing, developing, and maintaining the platform’s core infrastructure, integrations, and features. We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our Utrecht-based platform team, building the next generation of our enterprise-grade SaaS solution. Why This Role Matters You won’t be maintaining legacy systems — you’ll be building scalable, cloud-native architecture with the latest technologies. You’ll tackle real engineering challenges: from designing new microservices to improving real-time data sync and integrating external systems. What You’ll Work With Backend: .NET 8 / C# with ASP.NET Core, FastEndpoints, RabbitMQ, Entity Framework Core & Dapper SQL Server (including spatial data support) Frontend: React 17 + TypeScript with Kendo React Modern tooling (React Query, Webpack 5, TailwindCSS, Styled Components) Infrastructure & DevOps: Azure Pipelines CI/CD with automated versioning Playwright for end-to-end and integration testing Mobile: - Cross-platform Cordova (Android, iOS, UWP) - Offline-first architecture with secure synchronization What Makes This Role Unique AI-First Development Culture; We encourage engineers to use AI tools daily. Core Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain the Gomocha FSP platform, including its infrastructure, microservices, APIs, integrations, and user-facing features. Improve scalability, real-time synchronization, usability, and reliability while collaborating with the team and supporting customer success.
Requirements
Candidates must have strong C#/.NET Core experience, knowledge of REST APIs and microservices, SQL database experience, familiarity with Git, Docker, and Azure, and mobile development knowledge. The role also requires fluent English, independent problem-solving, and effective collaboration; React and TypeScript, Dutch, and several listed platform technologies are advantageous.
