About The Role We are seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Recruiter to join our team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those nearing completion of their commercial economics or business administration studies to develop their recruitment skills in a supportive environment. As a Junior Recruiter at HUBSUB, you will learn how to combine commercial insight with people skills to identify, engage, and connect with top talent across various sectors. Your role will involve direct communication with candidates, clients, and colleagues, helping you build a professional network and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and employer branding. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while contributing to our employer branding initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who are curious, sociable, and commercially driven, eager to make impactful connections and grow within a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Qualifications (Nearly) completed HBO-level education in Commercial Economics, Business Administration, or related fields Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Natural curiosity and ability to ask insightful questions Comfortable with making phone calls and engaging in conversations Proactive, energetic, and confident in approaching new challenges Ability to work independently and as part of a team Interest in recruitment, employer branding, and talent acquisition Experience with LinkedIn and social media platforms is a plus Availability for at least 32 hours per week, with 40 hours preferred Responsibilities Proactively approach potential candidates via phone, LinkedIn, and email to generate interest Conduct initial interviews to understand candidates’ motivations, skills, and career goals Identify and match candidates to suitable roles within HUBSUB’s projects and clients Assist in writing and promoting job vacancies and recruitment campaigns Build and maintain a network of talented professionals across various industries Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment processes and strategies Participate in employer branding activities to enhance HUBSUB’s visibility and attractiveness as an employer Continuously develop your recruitment skills through coaching and hands-on experience Contribute to team goals and participate in company events, including community activities and competitions Benefits Competitive gross salary between €2,800 – €3,000 based on a 40-hour workweek Bonus scheme for successfully placing candidates 25 vacation days with the option to purchase an additional 10 days Hybrid working model after the initial onboarding period Good pension scheme through Zwitserleven Company laptop and phone provided Access to a LinkedIn Recruiter seat for effective sourcing Casual Friday afternoon drinks in our own café Team-building activities and social outings Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company Equal Opportunity HUBSUB is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
