The role As an Executive PA, you will be the trusted partner to senior management, ensuring their day-to-day activities run smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will provide proactive administrative, organizational, and secretarial support, enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities and business objectives. Further: You have completed vocational education (MBO level or equivalent). You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Management Assistant, or similar role. You have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint. You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch. You have strong organizational and administrative skills with a high level of accuracy. You are able to manage complex schedules, multiple deadlines, and changing priorities. You have a strong understanding of business processes and office administration. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently.
