Role Description The Project Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Brabantine City Row. In this role, the Project Engineer will plan, design, and implement IT and technical solutions for client environments, working closely with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with quality and security standards. Daily tasks include conducting technical assessments, preparing project documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and overseeing implementation and testing activities for infrastructure, connectivity, and related systems. The Project Engineer will also provide technical guidance during deployments, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of project methodologies and best practices. Collaboration with sales, support, and engineering teams is expected to ensure that solutions are practical, secure, and tailored to client needs. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills, with the ability to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners in a clear and professional manner. Relevant experience in IT infrastructure, networking, connectivity, or managed services is beneficial. A technical degree in engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred. Ability to work on-site in Brabantine City Row, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities. Familiarity with cybersecurity, cloud technologies (such as Microsoft 365), and compliance standards is an advantage.

Core Responsibilities

Plan, design, and implement IT and technical solutions for client environments, coordinating with project managers, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. Prepare documentation, oversee implementation and testing, provide technical guidance, troubleshoot deployment issues, and improve project methods and practices.

Requirements

Candidates should have project engineering, electrical engineering, project management, project planning, and communication skills, with relevant experience in IT infrastructure, networking, connectivity, or managed services beneficial. A technical degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred; familiarity with cybersecurity, cloud technologies such as Microsoft 365, and compliance standards is an advantage.
