Job Description
Inuka – Part-time Customer Success Manager (4 days/week, 24 hours) We are Inuka, a B Corp and innovator on a mission to improve the resilience and mental health of people globally. And guess what? We’re looking for a new colleague! Your challenge You’ll combine your people skills, structure-loving brain and problem-solving mindset as one of our Customer Success Managers. Your mission? Make sure our partners and customers feel supported, cared for and wowed by the little details that matter. You’ll be the friendly face (and voice, and inbox wizard) who helps them get the best out of our coaching services, from onboarding to activations, and who ensures clear reporting and follow-up. Along the way, you’ll spot opportunities for growth. Your responsibilities • Build warm and lasting relationships with our partners and customers, ensuring they feel valued and heard. • Onboard new customers and guide them to get the most out of our coaching programs. ◦ Optional: run customer kick-off sessions and workshops for employees, with the opportunity to be trained in facilitation if you’re interested. • Keep a finger on the pulse of customers’ needs and challenges, and translate these into action within our team. • Work closely with colleagues in coaching, product and operations to make the customer journey smooth (and maybe even delightful). • Manage each part of the activation and onboarding process effectively. • Deliver concise reporting on usage, outcomes and learnings to partners. Hours and working pattern This role is 4 days per week, for 24 hours. Your hours can be distributed flexibly across those days in agreement with the team. Allow us to (proudly) introduce ourselves Inuka means ‘rise up’ in Swahili. It began as therapy sessions on a bench in Africa, developed by our co-founder, psychiatrist Dixon Chibanda. Today it’s a WHO-validated coaching method, offered by employers who truly care about their people. Our online coaches are safe, anonymous and backed by science, helping people improve their well-being, resilience and personal growth. As a certified B Corp, we reinvest our profits to make coaching accessible in low-income countries, so every step you take with your coach also helps someone across the world take theirs. Learn more at www.inukacoaching.com or follow Inuka on LinkedIn. Your team You’ll be part of an ambitious (and, we believe, fun and inspiring, but see for yourself) team of nerds, techies, researchers, designers, empaths and inventors, united by a passion for making a difference through social entrepreneurship. The team works hybrid, with offices in Utrecht and Amsterdam and team members in Kenya, India, Turkey, the Netherlands and France. You’ll work closely with our operations and coaching support colleagues. Celebrating failure and success, making jokes and putting our mission first are core to our (ever-developing) culture. Digital parties included. Our offer Be at the global forefront of coaching and mental health innovation, with a fun, passionate team and a service that not only has huge business potential but also improves people’s lives. Not the best pay, but compensation in the form of a meaningful, fun and exciting journey, and a lot of freedom and autonomy. Specifically, we offer: • Flexible working from home, and 1× a week in the office if you are in the Netherlands • Flexible working hours: work when, where and how you prefer, as long as you agree on it with your direct colleagues • €500 development budget per year • 32 vacation days (on a full-time basis; pro-rata if you work less than 40 hours/week, including public holidays) • A place at the cradle of an innovative company with a pioneering approach • Professional guidance and coaching from experienced colleagues • €1,800–2,200 gross/month for 24 hours/week, depending on experience • 8% holiday allowance on top of your salary • Travel allowance for your office days • Ambitious and fun colleagues • The opportunity to grow and take on more responsibilities as Inuka grows, including becoming an Inuka coach if you want Your profile You are: • Empathic and customer-centred, always curious about people • Conscientious, structured and detail-oriented • Able to work independently, while keeping a critical eye on your own work • Comfortable in a remote, global and sometimes delightfully chaotic environment • Digitally savvy (you know your way around tools and dashboards) Requirements • Excellent spoken and written English and Dutch (required) • Additional French and/or German preferred • (Ideally) 4+ years’ experience in managing customer relations / account management (or project coordination) • Availability: 4 days/week, for 24 hours Bonus points if • You’re familiar with tools like Trello, Slack, Calendar or Power BI (or able to learn quickly) Recruitment process Does this profile fit your ambitions and passions?
