Job Description
Own Growth analytics end-to-end as the senior data partner to the paid-UA team. Build and own LTV, ROAS, CAC, and payback models. Analyze multi-million-dollar UA budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, and other channels. Build and maintain data models and pipelines for UA analytics. Create warehouse models, dbt-style transformations, and self-serve dashboards. Design and analyze A/B tests, geo-lift, and incrementality studies. Build attribution and marketing-mix measurement. Analyze acquisition, activation, subscription, and retention funnels. Translate analytics into recommendations for Growth and Product leadership. Define KPIs, tracking standards, and data-quality processes. Partner with Product to maintain consistent metrics and sources of truth. Core Responsibilities
Own end-to-end growth analytics for the paid user acquisition team, including LTV, ROAS, CAC, and payback models, data pipelines, warehouse transformations, and self-serve dashboards. Design and analyze experiments and incrementality studies, measure acquisition and retention performance, and translate findings into recommendations for Growth and Product leadership.
Requirements
The role calls for expert SQL, strong Python or R, and experience with dbt-style transformations, data warehouse modeling, and analytics pipelines. Relevant experience includes growth or marketing analytics, paid user acquisition, mobile attribution, experimentation and causal inference, with consumer apps, mobile gaming, subscriptions, or high-growth startups as useful backgrounds.
