As a Front Office Intern, you will support the Front Office team in delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the reception desk. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in guest relations, hotel operations, and service excellence while building a strong foundation for a successful career in hospitality. Core Responsibilities

Welcome guests and support check-in, check-out, reservations, room allocation, guest inquiries, and feedback to help deliver a positive guest experience. Assist with daily reception and administrative operations, coordinating with Housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

Applicants must be enrolled in a relevant hospitality, hotel management, tourism, business, or related study programme and be eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands. They should have strong written and spoken English, a service-oriented attitude, and a willingness to learn; teamwork, organization, additional languages, and prior customer-facing experience are advantageous.
