MX3D is looking for a proactive and commercially driven Channel Manager to build and manage our international network of sales agents, resellers, and partners. You will be responsible for finding the right partners, building strong relationships with them and helping them generate business for MX3D. You will work closely with partners across different markets and cultures and play an important role in growing our international sales. Please note: For a full-time position, there is also the opportunity to take on additional business development and direct sales activities. About MX3D MX3D is based in Amsterdam and is at the forefront of large-scale 3D metal printing. We developed Robotic Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM) and were the first company to 3D print a fully functional stainless steel pedestrian bridge. Today, our M1 and MX Metal AM Systems help companies produce industrial-grade metal parts in-house. We are growing internationally and are looking for someone who can help us develop our partner network and expand into new markets. What you will do Develop and grow MX3D’s international sales partner network Identify and approach potential resellers, agents, and other strategic partners Onboard new partners and help them get up to speed with MX3D’s technology and sales approach Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners Set and follow up on partner sales targets and KPIs Work with partners to develop local go-to-market plans Support partners with leads, opportunities, and the sales process Keep track of the partner pipeline and sales forecasts Coordinate sales activities between MX3D and our partners Help partners present and demonstrate MX3D’s technology to their customers Negotiate commercial agreements and partner terms Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to improve and grow the business Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Applications, and Engineering Share market feedback and report on partner activity, pipeline, and results Travel internationally to meet partners and customers when needed For a full-time position, you can also take on direct sales and additional business development responsibilities. What we are looking for 3-5+ years of experience in channel sales, indirect sales, international business development, or partnerships Experience building and managing reseller, agent, or partner networks A good understanding of sales pipelines, forecasts, targets, and KPIs Strong commercial and negotiation skills Experience working with international customers or partners A natural ability to build relationships and communicate with different stakeholders A proactive and independent way of working Comfortable working in a technical environment and able to understand and explain technical products Experience in additive manufacturing, industrial technology, robotics, manufacturing, or another high-tech environment is a plus Excellent English communication skills; German, French, or Spanish is a plus Willingness to travel internationally Most importantly, we are looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys building new relationships, and is motivated by growing a business. Core Responsibilities
Develop and manage MX3D’s international network of sales agents, resellers, and strategic partners, including partner recruitment, onboarding, sales planning, target tracking, and commercial negotiations. Support partners through the sales process, coordinate with internal teams, monitor performance and forecasts, and share market feedback; the full-time role may also include direct sales and additional business development.
Requirements
Candidates should have 3–5+ years of experience in channel sales, indirect sales, international business development, or partnerships, with experience building and managing partner networks. Strong commercial, negotiation, communication, and sales pipeline skills are required, along with comfort explaining technical products, excellent English, and willingness to travel; experience in additive manufacturing or another high-tech industry and German, French, or Spanish are advantages.
