Job Description Job Summary This position plans, organizes, schedules, coordinates, and tracks activities for developing, deploying, and upgrading software and hardware. He/She develops and presents technical and business solutions to peers. This position identifies areas for process improvement and contributes to solutions. He/She identifies project issues within established processes and procedures and makes recommendations for problem prevention. This position plans, schedules, and monitors work activities to meet budget, schedule, and quality targets to comply with established standards. He/She interacts with field locations to standardize support practices and procedures. This position coordinates deployments and implementations with ISM departments and user groups and facilitates activities to ensure projects and programs meet established deadlines. Responsibilities Leads installation and removal of hardware and software to comply with user requests. Leads hardware and software tests to correct malfunctions and ensure proper operation. Documents details of hardware and software installations and removals to comply with established procedures. Leads and clarifies product planning and design collaborations with subordinates to coordinate deployments. Acts as a field and ISM partner consultant to review, evaluate, and communicate progress on release scheduling. Conducts post-release reviews to verify accuracy. Provides customer service to end users to ensure value in products and services. Facilitates collaboration among stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives. Establishes and maintains customer relationships to maximize products and services benefits. Required Qualifications And Skills Minimum 3–5 years of experience in information security, compliance, risk management, audit, or a related field. Strong understanding of information security principles, controls, and governance practices. Knowledge of compliance frameworks and standards, including ISO 27001. Experience supporting or managing compliance projects and improvement initiatives. Good project management skills, including planning, coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder alignment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong written and verbal communications skills in the German language Preferred Qualifications Professional certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or similar are preferred. Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics or related discipline - Preferred Experience working in international or cross-functional environments is an advantage. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus. Familiarity with related standards or regulations is a plus. Core Responsibilities
Coordinates and tracks hardware and software deployments, upgrades, testing, and removals, ensuring work meets established schedules, budgets, quality targets, and procedures. Collaborates with stakeholders and field teams, supports end users, monitors release progress, and reviews completed releases to verify accuracy.
Requirements
Requires 3–5 years of experience in information security, compliance, risk management, audit, or a related field, along with knowledge of security controls, governance, and frameworks such as ISO 27001. Candidates should have project coordination, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills, including strong written and spoken German; relevant certifications and a bachelor's degree are preferred.
