Our plant Henri van de Bilt in Beuningen is looking for a Maintenance Manager (m/f/d). Your responsibilities Ensuring production safety and the reliable operation of machinery and technical equipment Planning and implementing improvements to machines and technical facilities in line with budget and plant requirements Coordinating maintenance activities, service contracts and maintenance intervals Analysing machine downtimes and implementing measures to improve equipment reliability Ensuring effective troubleshooting and technical support for production and other departments Managing spare parts procurement and optimising stock levels Planning and leading local equipment and technical projects in cooperation with Group Operations Coordinating external suppliers for maintenance work and new plant installations Preparing and monitoring the maintenance budget Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, hygiene and environmental regulations Maintaining proper documentation of technical equipment and processes Leading, developing and supporting employees within the technical department Responsible for work safety, including fire protection, and member of the HACCP team What we expect from you Completed technical education at HBO level or a degree in engineering, e.g. mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering, alternatively, completed vocational training with relevant further qualifications or comparable technical experience Experience in technical maintenance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry and multi-shift operations Experience in a leadership role Strong planning and organisational skills Quality-conscious, solution-oriented and flexible approach Valid working permit What we offer you We are a company with flat hierarchies, value-based corporate culture and a pronounced customer orientation in a special market. Core Responsibilities

Lead the technical department and ensure safe, reliable operation of production machinery and facilities through maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and reliability improvements. Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, suppliers, technical projects, compliance, documentation, and employee development.

Requirements

Requires technical education at HBO level or an engineering degree, or relevant vocational training and equivalent technical experience. Candidates should have manufacturing maintenance experience, preferably in food production and multi-shift operations, leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and a valid work permit.
