Job Description

The role You will design architecturally sound functional and technical SAP solutions for Master Data, SD and MM to enable robust order-to-cash, procurement and retail processes. You will work closely with the global solution architect, integration manager and regional functional and technical teams and own system configuration and data mapping for approved solutions. What you will do Create end-to-end functional and technical solution designs for Master Data, SD, MM and Retail that align with the global architecture and landscape. Investigate, design and own Master Data solutions (article, customer, vendor), including mapping to SD/MM processes and recommending remediations that prevent transactional issues. Lead and facilitate workshops with business and regional IT to translate requirements into sustainable S/4HANA solutions and produce clear configuration and mapping deliverables. Design integration and data-mapping approaches with third-party systems and counterpart teams, ensuring solutions preserve landscape integrity and minimise rework. Coordinate solution delivery and provide functional training and guidance to regional teams to enable consistent, integrated rollout and continuous improvement. What you bring At least 5 years hands-on experience designing and implementing SAP SD, MM and/or Retail solutions, with practical exposure to Order Management, Pricing, Availability Check, Procurement and Inventory Management in S/4HANA. Solid working knowledge of Master Data within SD/MM/Retail and experience navigating and remediating article, customer and vendor records to diagnose root causes. Experience defining integrations and data mapping with external systems and partners, and communicating technical mapping requirements to third-party counterparts. Strong functional understanding of Sales & Distribution and Supply Chain processes; Retail/DTC experience is highly desirable. Clear communication and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to work effectively with multicultural, globally dispersed teams. Analytical and process-oriented mindset capable of translating complex requirements into operational solutions. English language proficiency. Nice to have Prior experience working for a retail or DTC business within SAP Retail or F&R (forecasting & replenishment) landscapes. Hands-on exposure to integration middleware or iPaaS tools used in SAP landscapes. You will thrive in this role if You enjoy translating detailed business problems into structured, architecture-aligned SAP solutions and documentation. You can influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders and remain pragmatic about delivery trade-offs. You are comfortable working across regions and time zones and can drive solutions through partnership rather than hierarchy.

Requirements

Candidates should have strong Master Data and integration mapping knowledge, clear communication and stakeholder skills, and English proficiency; retail or DTC experience is highly desirable.
