Location Amsterdam (Hybrid) Open for EU based candidates willing to relocate to Amsterdam About the Role As a Senior SAP Finance Consultant within our ERP Continuous Improvements team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing sustainable SAP Finance solutions that drive operational excellence. You'll work collaboratively with functional consultants and global Finance Solution Architects to create functional and technical designs. Your leadership will be essential in overseeing integration, system configuration, and data mapping activities, leveraging the cutting-edge capabilities of S/4HANA. Key Responsibilities Design and Document SAP Finance Solutions: Create clear functional and technical designs while considering interdependencies across the global landscape. Take ownership of configuration and data mapping for approved solutions. Coordinate Requirement Gathering: Lead and support workshops to identify global and regional business needs. Align business processes and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards. Support Solution Delivery: Implement continuous-improvement change requests and other initiatives. Closely coordinate with regional teams and provide functional guidance and training for integrated delivery. Facilitate Testing and Training: Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing with key users and stakeholders. Offer hands-on support before, during, and after go-live to ensure a seamless transition to support teams. Build Strong Partnerships: Maintain effective relationships with Global SAP teams and business representatives across workstreams and geographies. Ensure aligned, end-to-end solutions that meet organizational objectives. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: Minimum of 5 years in designing and implementing SAP FI/CO solutions, including S/4HANA modules such as FI, AP, AR, WBS, COPA, and FMS. Integration Expertise: Proven experience in integrating SAP Finance with other systems and external partners. Finance Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of finance processes and industry best practices. Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multicultural, globally dispersed teams, showcasing strong cultural and organizational sensitivity. Communication Skills: Excellent abilities to translate technical concepts and influence both technical and business stakeholders. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset with the capacity to understand complex systems and identify architectural challenges. Core Responsibilities

Requirements

Requires at least five years of experience designing and implementing SAP FI/CO solutions, including S/4HANA modules such as FI, AP, AR, WBS, COPA, and FMS. Candidates should have SAP Finance integration experience, strong finance process knowledge, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with multicultural global teams.
