We are looking for a practical and reliable intern to support our daily supply chain operations. This role is ideal for students who want to gain hands-on experience in real business operations, rather than only doing theoretical analysis. You will be involved in actual work such as shipment follow-up, inventory tracking, and basic data analysis. What You Will Do 1. Inventory & Replenishment Help track stock levels and support replenishment planning Assist in following up on slow-moving and aging inventory Prepare basic data for planning decisions 2. Logistics & Shipment Follow-up Track shipment status (air & sea freight) Support air freight evaluation (cost vs urgency) Follow up on delays or issues with internal teams 3. Sales & Data Support Support monthly sales data consolidation Assist with simple sales and inventory analysis Maintain Excel tracking files and ensure data accuracy 4. Daily Coordination Communicate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams Support daily operational tasks and reporting What We’re Looking For Careful and detail-oriented Logical thinking and good with numbers Clear communication (not afraid to ask questions) Responsible and reliable Basic Excel skills (formulas, sorting, data checking) Nice to Have (Not Mandatory) Supply chain / logistics background Internship or part-time experience Language English working proficiency Chinese required What You Will Gain Real experience in European supply chain operations Understanding of how inventory, logistics, and sales work together Practical Excel and data handling skills Experience working in an international team Important to Know This role focuses on daily operations and execution. Core Responsibilities
