Job Description

For our Power Conversion (PC) organization, we’re looking for a Junior Account Manager who takes ownership and serves as the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will drive structure, ensure effective follow-up, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders on a wide range of commercial topics. About About the rol As a Junior Account Manager, you support the growth and development of customer relationships within our Power Conversion business line. Working alongside experienced Account Managers and technical teams, you help ensure outstanding customer service while identifying opportunities to expand our business. Responsibilities You will gain exposure to a wide range of commercial activities, from customer communication and quotation management to supporting account strategies and business reviews. Your key responsibilities are: Build and maintain relationships with customer contacts. Support day-to-day commercial activities and customer requests. Prepare quotations and follow up on commercial proposals. Assist in the development and execution of customer account plans. Coordinate activities between customers and internal teams. Support forecasting and demand planning processes. Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve issues. Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling. Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data. Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a high-tech environment is a plus. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Commercially driven and eager to learn. Understanding of technical products and development processes is advantageous. Hands-on, proactive, and customer focused.

Core Responsibilities

Build and maintain customer relationships while supporting day-to-day commercial activities, quotations, account plans, forecasting, and coordination between customers and internal teams. Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve issues proactively, maintain accurate account data, and identify opportunities for account growth.

Requirements

A bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field is requested, along with at least three years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or another customer-facing role. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, commercial drive, eagerness to learn, and a proactive customer-focused approach are expected; experience in manufacturing, engineering, or high-tech environments and understanding technical products are advantageous.
