For our Power Conversion (PC) organization, we’re looking for a Senior Account Manager who takes ownership and serves as the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will drive structure, ensure effective follow-up, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders on a wide range of commercial topics. As our customer portfolio continues to grow, we are expanding our commercial team and looking for ambitious Account Managers who can help build strong partnerships and drive sustainable business growth. About About the role As a Senior Account Manager, you take ownership of some of the most strategically important customers within our Power Conversion business line. You act as a trusted advisor to executive customer stakeholders and play a critical role in shaping long-term business partnerships and commercial strategy. Responsibilities You combine extensive manufacturing experience with strong commercial leadership and a deep understanding of product development and production environments. Your ability to navigate complex organizations and lead high-value negotiations directly contributes to the continued growth of Prodrive Technologies. Your responsibilities are: Define and execute long-term strategic growth plans for key accounts. Develop executive-level relationships with customers and industry stakeholders. Lead complex commercial and contractual negotiations. Drive expansion opportunities across multiple programs and business units. Influence customer roadmaps and align them with Prodrive's capabilities. Manage critical commercial escalations and strategic business challenges. Support investment decisions and long-term business planning. Act as a commercial leader within the organization. Mentor and support less experienced Account Managers. Represent the Power Conversion business line toward strategic customers and partners. Experience within power electronics, industrial systems, EMS, or high-tech electronics is strongly preferred. Deep understanding of product development and manufacturing cost structures. Proven success in managing and growing strategic customer accounts. Exceptional negotiation and relationship management capabilities. Strong financial and business acumen. Experience engaging with senior leadership and executive stakeholders. Strategic, entrepreneurial, and highly customer focused.
Core Responsibilities
Own and grow strategically important customer accounts by developing long-term growth plans, building executive relationships, leading complex negotiations, and identifying opportunities across programs and business units. Shape customer roadmaps, manage strategic commercial challenges, support investment and business planning, and mentor other Account Managers.
Requirements
Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or commercial discipline and 10+ years of account management experience in high-tech manufacturing. Candidates should bring manufacturing and product-development knowledge, strategic account growth success, strong negotiation and relationship skills, financial and business acumen, and experience with executive stakeholders; power electronics or related high-tech industries are preferred.
